Step 1 : Cut all vegetables and green chilli in to 2 inches pieces.
Step 2 : Heat a pot add 2 tsp coconut oil , cumin seed and curry leaves in to it
Step 3 : Add all vegetables ,turmeric powder , a little water and salt and mix well and cook the vegetables in a covered vessal
Step 4 : Grind grated coconut add add to vegetables and mix well
Step 5: Remove from the heat add 3 tsp curd into it and mix well .
Take care not to cook vegetables too much, I would suggest checking every 5 mins to confirm this.
